Hi Fishes, I got an offer from Transunion for the Senior Consultant(Product Manager) role. Fixed: 24 LPA + Variable: 3.6 LPA + 80k worth of gratuity and insurance. Overall CTC = 28.6 LPA. Also, I got an offer from Computer share for the same role. Fixed: 28 LPA + 3.16 LPA. Overall CTC: 31.36 LPA. I wish to join TransUnion but the offer is lesser compared to Computershare. Will TransUnion match my Computershare's offer if I show the counter offer?

Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer.
