Need some compensation advice from folks familiar with Docusign India.

I have received a verbal offer for an EUS Application Engineer role in Bangalore with the following structure:

Total CTC: ₹41 LPA
Fixed Pay: ~₹35.9 LPA
Variable: 15% (~₹5.1 LPA)
No RSUs/Stock
No Joining Bonus
No Relocation Bonus

Is ₹41 LPA fair compensation for this role and experience level 7.5 years at Docusign Bangalore with Bonus & Relocation?

Do most employees receive close to 100% of the target bonus?

With product marketing do you have to be passionate about the product or just know how to do the work? I’m about to have a conversation about a PMM role that I know nothing about the product. Any advise?

I recently accepted a position with a new org. One of the benefits I asked about with offer was the parental leave policy and was told (in writing by HR) 16 weeks paid after 1 year, which is as good as you can hope for in US. Now I’ve been sent the employee handbook to review/sign and it says only 12 weeks, which is less than the org I’m leaving. What might my recourses be to negotiate 16 weeks when the time comes? Also, should I be viewing this is a red flag?

If you are fresher, go for a WF Office setup. You will learn things beyond your work. In the initial phase of of your career, one needs to focus more on learning than on comfort. The interactions at office, meeting with collegues, conversations at the cafeteria, sense of responsibilty, the need to walk up on time to reach office etc will shape you for better.

Once you have a work experience of few year then any setup is fine. Go for WFH.

We Indians are so poor we can't think anything else except money. Whole Fishbowl is all about YOe and Salary. No one interested about if any company doing any innovation or not. B-Tech colleges put ads with Package and Campusing only. Almost 99% Indian YouTube thumbnail is like "5 lakh to 40 lakh", "Interview Experience in bracket 50Lpa" etc.. Hardly we can see Foreign Editorial things marked with Packages.
