1. PWC India :- 10 LAKHS plus 1 lakh joining bonus ( performance bonus range : no idea )
2. GENPACT :- 10.5 LAKHS plus 1 lakh joining bonus ( performance bonus range of 15 to 22.5 )

Which one should I go with, considering
Annual increment , promotion , bonuses , project , work life balance etc.

My wire-house team ($2M production across 2 advisors) is looking to expand. We want to hire a Wealth Management Associate ("WMA") and Client Service Associate ("CSA"). Pay for the WMA is $80k plus discretionary bonus. Pay for the CSA is $50k with discretionary bonus. WMA would be licensed (3-5 years experience) and CSA would be unlicensed with no experience necessary. Any general advice or advice on how to best find candidates would be appreciated.

I’m a second year associate at a small, but reputable firm. I see the current Indian hiring scene as not unreasonable inflation of salaries and astounding hikes rather as a correction; a deep upward correction.
This was long overdue. The starting salaries have remained more or less stagnant for over a decade.

India is no more the India of yore. India has had a very pertinent export for a longish period of time. Indian software engineers have long served at meagre rates in India.

Now is the time to establish some sort of equilibrium.
