They asked me my expectation and I stated 20 fixed but they said 25 can be met. I lowballed myself because i didn'task for a significant increase over my current base- I am yet to receive the offer letter but just wanted to check for range and possibility to negotiate further? Kindly advise thanks

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make.
