My question is, if I have to take senior position as a Product Manager in next switch, what should I do?

Hi, I am currently working at Bisleri in a quality control role with 6 YOE. My current CTC is very low (4 LPA) and I have not found any motivation or growth in my role since COVID. I'd like to be in the design industry (Graphic Design or UI UI Design). Currently I am freelancing in my spare time. My question to Design professionals is: how feasible will the switch be? Will I be accepted as an intern/junior designer in my early 30s?

Need some guidance. Here is my situation:
1. Just transferred to big 4 FDD as snr from big4 audit (~a month ago, with no deal yet under my belt)
2. Studying for fmva certification
3. 1+ year plan is to take the GMAT & apply to ivy league mba program. Planning to break into IB and then PE later.
4. Got approach recently by a recruiter from Houlihan Lokey (HL) for an associate position in the Midwest. Comp range 120k -130k. I make about 100k now.
- Is the move going to be worth it? what'd you do

Risk assurance senior and planning to leave for industry to do security compliance soon. Would want to come back to big 4 to do security consulting, how should I plan out my career route? Just a lost young soul who graduated from college 2 years back...

What certifications can I earn to increase my market value coming out of college? I’m graduating with a marketing and digital applications co-major and I have 2 HubSpot certs (Digital Advertising and Social Media Marketing) + relevant internships. I’m just trying really hard to get over 50K in Indianapolis (I sincerely can’t afford to accept anything lower) and being a new grad seems to REALLY be working against me no matter what I do. Help :(

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.

What can I do to make this happen? I have friends and connections at Bain and Kearney and the other firms as well, but not sure if it’s feasible now.

Initially it will be manual and then it will have automation testing. At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Is learning important and priority for 4.5 years of experience? Or better to go with the high package offer? (Other company offer is from TCS). Your valuable comments would help.
