Amazon wants to hire me as FTE but after an interview. I have an interview in few weeks for L5 Program Manager. I have 2 years of experience working as QA engineer/lead. What kind of comp should I expect for San Jose CA? Any interview tips? I appreciate your responses in advance!

I just left my pre-seed startup that was running out of cash (we made $100,000 in revenue this year, and sunk $1m in costs).
