last week of October, the HR informed me that i had cleared all the rounds and asked me to submit documents . it has been almost 20days , I have not heard anything back from them . the HR does not respond to my email and neither they have discussed anything about the salary . i understand now Nielsen is hiring a lot but is this timeline normal . it does not look professional to me because i have other offers in hand which i have kept on hold since i give a preference to nielsen
