I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge. What are some good companies I maybe should apply for after getting my license?

Does anyone know if their firm has any inclusion initiatives around hiring individuals with special needs as part of a transition program? For example, when offices are open, having individuals be employed by the firm and help with more administrative tasks such as helping to get conference rooms set up for events, assisting visitors, etc.? I recently started at HubSpot as an account executive covering SMB. I’m finishing up training and a Salesforce recruiter reached about a job opening doing pretty much the same thing. Salesforce was near the top of my list of prospective companies. Curious if anyone has experience working there and would recommend it over HubSpot?

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role

I have offer from Accenture with 15.5 LPA with 21percent VPA including 3.25 L variable pay. The pay is for Level 10 and domain is SAP, YOE is 4.6. So what is the pay range for Level 10 and I do have counter offer so can I negotiate further with Accenture.

I got an offer ( after 6 months of joining here in Infosys) and informed my lead the same.He spoke with my manager and my manager has agreed to retain me but needs his manager approval.
Now I have waited for a week without resigning to see if I can get any written official communication of the same.

But all of a sudden, my manager is asking me why are you this doing now? You have just now joined after speaking with his manager.
Why is this sudden change in his behaviour?

Should I resign?
