Hi .I am in a peculiar situation in CTS. Joined on 15th may. Put in a client pool . There was a interview 1and half month back,i gave with 85% accuracy but client didn't cleared for random reason. Come to June 25,they started giving me kt alongwith 14 other new joiners. I thought I will get onboarded but yesterday all got client onboarding form except me . Now I completed 2 months in client. I am neither getting any calls outside the client nor they are assigning me anything . I don't know why

What are the chances of getting a lower offer because you're POC applying at a fairly large law firm? Not big law or anything but still. Friend and I both got offers, came out of the same school and have very similar internship experience. He's white and I'm not, his offer is significantly higher. How low is low enough to walk away?

Is it just me or are there entirely too many people in Business Services, specifically TC’s, who are just folks from client service that don’t want to deal with hours and travel anymore but have no formal training in the Business Services function they transition to? It seems to me very few TC’s are professionals in HR with any background, training or certifications in HR.

I have been in client facing wealth management as an advisor for 10 years. I haven’t built a book of business because I’ve worked for mostly discount brokers (Merrill edge, TDA, Etrade).
