Hi, I cleared techinical interview at JP Morgan recently. I received a call from HR for salary discussion. Currently I hold 2 offers with 8 LPA and asked HR for 10LPA. HR responded back saying that he would get back to me, but he did not. It’s been 4 days. I’m worried. Can someone pls advice? Did I demand more for my experience?

Though I’m SAFe PMPO certified, I believe any company would ask for hands on experience as a Prod M. What can I do to bypass that as my current org doesn’t have any Prod Manager opportunities.

So far I received offers from PwC India, Capgemini and Lexmark for Data Engineering.

More are in pipeline from KPMG GS, TechM, Accenture.

But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

Hello All, my joining date needs to be extended by 5 days in JPMC and HR said in call that no revised offer letter based on new joining date will be issued and new joining date confirmation will be somewhat communicated prior to 3 days of onboarding.
However he mentioned he will reply back with a confirmation email on top of the email which I have sent requesting for revised joining date.
Do you see any risk of offer cancellation/revocation here?
