Hi, I had my Accenture HR round last Wednesday and everything was discussed, from salary structure to usual HR interview questions. I am yet to receive any communication for further processing including my BGV and rest of the process. I called the HR yesterday and said I will receive further communication. Can someone please tell me if there is a chance that they will send me offer letter or any further processing and if this is normal for Accenture to take time after having HR round?

I have great work experience with documented success. But it is 2 years of FT, 1 year of internship, and just graduated from a non-target MBA. Is it I’m asking for too much for associate? I’m currently at 140 base and am asking only just to match my base. Or is my experience not enough for senior associate?
