Hi, I have an option to declare NPS from employer side as well (10% of basic). So, I’m planning to opt in. But I’m not really familiar with the fund managers and schemes to choose from.
With the current stock market situation, I lost my trust in SBI. Can any one suggest me a good fund manager and scheme?

I've transferred my PF from Wipro to Cognizant where in it the Employee's PF shows around 83k but the Employer's PF shows only around 27k.

If the employee and employer have to contribute 12% then both should be equal to 83k isn't it?

Please advise where I am going wrong.
