I have been learning Windows Server Administration for the last 6 months and practice the same on VM. I already had drop mail for release from my current BPS project and they said they will think about it after March next year. I have given an interview in one project and got selected for the role that I was aspiring. But when I talked with my manager she did not at all agree to release me. I am confused and totally disappointed in how they destroy people's skills. Any suggestions

I am a backend Java engineer, and have solely used Java since I've started my software engineering career about 2 years ago. I don't know whether I should explore other tech stacks while I'm young, or instead focus on becoming a Java expert, given that I enjoy working in Java.

I am an Abinitio developer having 7 YOE working in pune.
Sad part is,my husband shifted to ahmedabad and we decided that I will find something in a'bad/gandhinagar.But I found that there are no companies working on abinitio here.once this pandemic ends,wfh also ends,I have to shift to pune & ultimately resign.
I am ready to learn new tech,but totally blank on which way to go.I dont want to start the career from the scratch with much lesser package.
