I received an offer from accenture for a role of packaged app development senior analyst L-10 for the skill set SAP Successfactors. The offer I received is 11.50 LPA + 21% VP and my current CTC is 7.57 LPA. What to do is it a good offer to accept? When I try to negotiate HR said we can't go up by 1%.

I’m looking for a position with a good organization as a 100% remote case manager. A position that meets my salary requirements and has good health insurance. I love case management and found it when I needed a break from bedside. Any guidance would be deeply appreciated!

I have been mailed that there is there is a third round before the HR round that is going to conducted the next week.

I was working as a regular staff therapist for 2 years at an assisted living when just 2 weeks back the HR approached me with an offer to work at a newly opened senior living, so basically I will helping them set up that location from scratch, open it and get it running. Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. Hello, I recently was reached out to by an in-house recruiter at a similar but slightly different company than the one I currently work for. The recruiter provided a base range and an OTE range. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical. I wasn’t looking to move, but that higher end range would set my family up very nicely for our goals. But I am happy at my current company. Help?
