So, I came across an opportunity that is not pi (com. defense) but would give me some amazing experience in trial, depos, motions, case mang., etc. Would it be a bad career move to take it, get some better experience and go back to pi after?

In an auto accident trial, can you inform the jury in any way that the at-fault driver had insurance? I have a hard time believing a jury would award 7-figure damages if they thought the little old lady defendant had to personally pay.
