Hi all, Next week, my interview was scheduled in Salesforce triage support engineer role. I have some doubt please clarify me! 1. What are the questions for triage support engineer? 2. What they will prefer? 3. How do I prefer for my interview? 4. What is the salary package for this role? I have three years experience. Please guide me!
I am about to receive an offer from ADP Hyd. I have 12+ YOE. What is the grade that will be best suited as per my exp? I'm in AWS, My current sal is , 23L base 13L JB 100 RSU (comprising 29L ) should I get 48L from ADP? I already have an offer of 32L fixed+10L variable + 6.4L JB from Accenture as L7 Mgr/Sol Arch. Among Accenture & ADP what would be better? (I personally feel as Accenture is purely a service based organisation, a higher salary would be a little risky, not sure thou) ADP Accenture

The biggest downside to Cap is their pay compared to other companies, although lately, certain skills are getting paid well, from what I hear. However, if you want to exercise your technology skills, Cap should be seriously considered. Cap does indeed work on some amazing technology projects. The Salesforce practice has a lot of business and spans multiple industries. You will have plenty of work as a developer - plenty. As a dev, you go where you’re needed. That’s the nature of being a dev though. If you want to stick with Salesforce, argue for it, but know you could learn other technologies. You’ll also have the opportunity to grow up to become an architect, if you choose, where you will work more on IT strategy engagements. That’s not the only path, however. Because of the skills gained, it’s pretty easy for people to exit to industry, many times to existing clients. Good luck.
Not so fast A1.
I interviewed with them about 4 months ago. Very together, tied in closely with SFDC as a vendor, and some pretty large, amazing programs. (Large aerospace company comes to mind)
They sure seem like they have their act together and leadership was likable and believable in their pitch.
They didn’t pay as much as I would have liked, certainly not as much as B4....but we at PwC aren’t really any good at implementing Salesforce so I may reconsider Capgem. I’m not sure the extra pay is worth the hell I have on my projects.
Did you end up taking the offer OP? I'm joining Salesforce practice soon.
Ask what their pipeline is? Will you come over for one project and then moved to what’s available? They did this to me in another area and it’s killed me for almost two years
True SC1, but the same is true for ACN too. Thanks for the feedback 😊.
