Hi! Interviewing for an Associate Director level. What is a good salary to ask for?

I'm a 5 year experience UI developer in Angular with very little experience in Java backend.
My current CTC is 17.5lpa and I'm thinking to switch company for personal financial reasons.

Is it appropriate to expect a salary range between 40-45lpa given my experience and skills?

I have been offered a job at grade 10 at NTT Data UK. The pay is good, however given my experience (19 years) and current designation of Associate Director in a large consulting, it looks like I should at least get a higher grade like 11. What are your thoughts? Will it be wise join at grade 10?

Hello fishies, I have got an offer from S&P for 30LPA with 8.5 YOE . The designation is software engineer and the role is for production support. Is it a good offer or should I renegotiate.

Anyone have any tips for how to heal a shoulder injury? Started working out pretty young and had bad form which probably lead to some long term injury in my right shoulder. Thoughts: Managers and senior managers should intervene when project folks starts working more than 8 hours. It's sad that initially everybody talks about 8 hours work goal but employee forced or end up working more than 10 hours. Company is not asking you to work more than 8 hours, it's the pressure from peers and seniors and managers who do "a gentle request" to finish a task asap.
Also managers, Please teach new techies to hold the horses and not put there peer in pressure.
