Hi I've been around 8+ years overall and have 6+ in relevant fields of Linux,Cloud,Devops tools, kubernetes, grafana, cloud security, AWS, Azure, GCP. Currently I'm getting 11.4 LPA but if I ask 22LPA when interview screening call, HR said it's too much and they're saying like we can't provide this much salary....
So what can I do, for my experience and skill 22LPA is a fine or I need to ask more than that ?

Got an offer from Kantar Consulting to work on their retail/cpg product.
Currently working with IBM with 10+ yoe having joined IBM 10 months back. Currently at 25 lpa and getting an offer of 32 fixed+15% variable.

Now my question is - Is it worth the gamble to leave IBM and join Kantar consulting which btw is known for market research and not consulting.

Folks that got a prenup. How and where did you get it? We have spoken to a couple of lawyers and it simply seems to be a back and forth they want to do to rack up billable hours/complicate the issue.
