One of my favorite podcasts did an episode on Adderall. Most of the info won’t be new, but there were some interesting snippets in there. I also thought it was a useful educational resource to share with your family and friends.

Breaking Bad - greatest show ever. Game of Thrones was competetive but Breaking Bad writers didn't screw the pooch at the end... If you haven't watched it, you are welcome.
Combine it with Better call Saul
I identify strongly with your list of shows, minus Greys. Would offer two suggestions:
The Grinder - amazing comedy, not well known. Short-lived
Psych - hilarious, but you may be too young to track all the 80s throwbacks and references
Psych is fantastic
Silicon Valley
New Girl
Modern Family, Parks & Rec
New girl, space force, mythic quest, always sunny, all hits
Rising Star
Only Murders in the Building
Seinfeld
Space force!! Took an episode or two to get into it but loved it
Dead to Me
Living with Yourself
Dark
If you like lady-led comedies: Fleabag, Russian Doll, We Are Lady Parts, The Mindy Project, Derry Girls
For specifically 30 Rock adjacent: Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt, Great News
Some more ensemble shows: Superstore, The Good Place, Scrubs, Party Down
The Great on Hulu
Rising Star
Watch Arrested Development again. Why are you bothering to ask for something else?
Yellowstone- whole series!!!!
Blacklist, Person of Interest, Billions
Happy Endings, second Mindy Project
I love all your shows (I just started Ted Lasso so funny!)! Try Silicon Valley, good place, Always sunny, parks and Rec, working moms, mindy project, the office (sometimes), modern family
+1 for Scrubs and Derry girls!
Silicon Valley and Only Murders both seem like they’d be up your alley!! Two of my faves
