My peers have told me that I need more experience to be able to succeed in PM since I come from a non tech, business related background and should go for BA/DA role first.

Skills: Basic Python, R, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Notion, Figma.

PM experience : 6 months
Total Experience: 3 years
What should I do since I feel completely lost and dejected since this.

I have ~7 years of experience in IAM (Ping) and I am currently looking to move out of TechM. Kindly let me know if anyone's team is hiring for IAM roles currently.

Hi Folks, I am working in infy and planning to drop paper this week. As I don't have offer in hand but 90 days NP impacting to get new job. Also my compansation is not good as per exp. So that is the first reason and no new tech learning and project change happening with me. Also in last cycle they didn't give good rating bcoz i was asking for new project ..??

What are the typical differences (+ and -) between PM Role in b2b and b2c organisations? Holding an offer from both, with 10L more in b2b and another b2c paying less. Have you thought about why PM interview experience is totally different than the actual PM job ? PM interview goes typically with current domain, design xyz for abc, guesstimate; whereas in actual job you have ‘n’ no. of constraints to build, leadership priority , sufficient time to think etc. What are your thoughts?
