Laid off while in middle of interview process and haven’t told recruiter yet. Received an updated employment app that asks for references, employment, etc. which I’m assuming I would have to disclose that I’ve been laid off from my “current employer”, Any advice on what to do here?

If you are laid off for hours, what is a neural reason for saying that your employment ended? Especially if there is a month or two break in finding employment.

I got offer from IBM in my home location itself, with 18.5LPA fixed for 9 yea in automation testing. Here my manger is confusing me like layoff will after u join in IBM.. but I am in cts as 11.2 only .. but now I got SA promotion with 10 % hike .. and also no retnation for me also not there whether I can choose IBM or stay here .. kindly help guys .

When do I begin adjusting? It’s been 4 months. I joined as an associate and I feel like sometimes my work is sloppy or I’m overwhelmed. Hi Fishes, I've nearly 2.5 YoE in SAP Basis module and I'm not able to figure things out. We were initially trained on ABAP but then told we would work on Basis. But, on seeing the scare no. of Job postings on Job sites and the difficulty in switching jobs. It seems to be a difficult thing going ahead with Basis. Can anyone advise me?
