Hi there! I am looking to pivot from occupational therapy into healthcare tech. I have 12 years of experience with EHR systems within various settings. The titles of jobs I have been applying to have been: clinical analyst, epic analyst, clinical informatics, application analyst, etc. I am focusing on applying for jobs that would sponsor me to get Epic certified. Any words of advice? I've only been applying for the last 2 months and have tailored my resume for "epic analyst" job descriptions.

If I end up quitting after maternity leave, do I have to pay back any of my leave benefits? I guess I could ask HR, but wouldn't want to throw out any warnings.

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Do companies sometimes offer "gifts of appreciation" if you're not selected for a merit increase? My manager randomly called me to let me know I was chosen for the "gift" this year bc of my "hard work & dedication", except now I'm learning other colleagues are receiving actual merits.

Today I got the job offer and they are offering me 54k. My current company is making me 50k with tons of benefits which is why I am asking for 60k.

I'm thinking about taking some online courses to try to move over to cyber security, what would be the easiest step that way career wise- preferably also away fro sales?
