I'm prepared to got to BSchool (already have my GMAT done) to make it happen but want to know if there may be a more expedient way.

Junior litigator here at a V5- Nearing the end of the second year and I don’t feel like I’m getting the opportunities I need to progress. When do I move on? - I know doc review is a big part of this job at my level - but I feel like a ghost, no one emails/calls or asks me for anything it’s been 2 months- my reviews in the past have been great and I have good relationships but I don’t feel like I’m anyones first pick. How do I get a job as a Mechanical Engineer if I dont have experience?

I couldn’t get an internship while in school. I have a BS in ME and projects from school under my belt. I’ve also passed the FE exam. I’ve been mostly just doing CAD for a company for the last year by creating minimally dimensioned drawings and moving parts around in assemblies. I want to evolve in my career and be doing more. I worked so hard to earn my degree and I feel like I’m not even using it. But who will hire me?

My firm flaunts about being involved in the community and giving back. Offices across the country do a day of service where attys and staff do community service. There is a fee/cost for the volunteer activities and the attys are responsible for paying for it.

Now I strongly believe in donating for different causes but this seems strange that a big firm that flaunts about giving back can’t even pay for the meager volunteer cost for each office. Is this normal at other firms?

I had my second technical interview two weeks ago and I had emailed the recruiter to check for any progress on my application. I just received an email saying they want to talk to me over call. Should I be worried? Given the hiring freeze .. I am a little worked up. I mean, I would surely talk to her soon to know the situation but my anxiety is off the charts. Is this positive or negative ?

My recruiter mentioned last week that I'm going to HC, then called me this week to say that I skipped HC as I did well so "we're moving to next steps". They then mentioned the TC range for my role/location and asked a few questions about my visa status, but there was no official "offer" with a concrete breakdown of numbers. So...did I get an offer or not?! 😅

How soon can you reapply to Google ? I had a GCP onsite spread 2 weeks apart . RRK was positive but appears GCA was mixed. Googlyness was good too. This was January.
