I have recently joined wipro... its been a month...previously I was able to see acount and project details when joined.. from last 3 days..all those details have been nullified. But in proposed oppurtunity i could see some project name added..UDW OPAR Sub 1.. it shows status as allocated.. what does it mean.. i gave my client interview on friday..and since then i could see these changes... can someone let me know. Can I renegotiate the offer with Deloitte USI.
One of my previous org lost form 16 due to data loss. Now when i try to get pf statment it is saying name is wrong or aadhar is not matching something. This is happening because that time on aadhar and pan my name was different.it was before marriage name. Now i have changed my name after marriage. So there on pf site if i do forget password it won't allow me to do it. Can anyone help me in to this.. how can I get Form 16 and pf statment too. Some companies have a clause that you should be working at least 80 days in the company before being eligible for maternity leaves. Check these policies in the employee handbook and if in doubt ask colleagues or HR.

ASAP to your manager and Lead.
To other team members, you can take your time if you want to.
I guess when you want to take Maternity leaves at that time you can declare.

I don't see any harm in atleast informing your manager as early as possible....helps in setting expectations and plan for everything.... nobody likes surprises in the workplace...
When your boss is angry with you
It is better to convey to manager. So they it will be easy to get the leave approved and work load also may be less if he is good.
