i had an offer with tcs in the year 2017. at that time i have rejected the offer as i have received some better opportunity.

now i have cleared tcs interview and they are asking the reason why i didn't joined tcs in the hear 2017....does this really matter? what appropriate reason should i give? Tata Consultancy

If I’m right on the cusp of hitting the contribution reductions for a Roth IRA for 2021 (will potentially have a greater than $125k AGI depending on bonus amount, but likely won’t exceed $130k), what should I do? I can fully find the $6k right now to a Roth, fund like $5k and then wait until June when I find out my bonus amount to decide what to do with the rest, or should I just do an IRA->Roth conversion just to be safe?
