How adequate, relevant, and effective is the training or development at your firm? I feel mastery is getting lost in the ever changing skillset requirements in this decade. How is it sustainable? Anyone else agree at other firms?

EY GDS is offering 18 lpa and senior consultant 1 roles + 1 lpa join in bonus+VP 10%
