Hii Guys, Could anyone give me some clarity on the below point. I have cleared 2nd round of technical interview at Deloitte, but my candidature is still showing as interview in progress at Deloitte careers page. I had a discussion with HR on this and she told me that next process is pending from management side. It's been almost 10 days since from 2 nd round of interview. How much more time does it gonna take, any idea? Or is it normal. Please help me with this 🙏🙏 .Deloitte

Breakfast under dinner.. bkfsr is 13 and dinner is 50.. so thats not a problem. Dinner in bkfast is problem bkfast limit way way less than dinner . Its a mis categorization problem. You can just say that was the issue. Don’t think its a fireable expense offense. :)
The help desk will send you a instruction guide on how to do it. Basically involves resubmitting everything as a refund on the old description and a new expense on the right description for a long zero dollar submission
Relax. It’s not worth the effort for the firm to chase you over miscategorizing legit expenses. At worst, they would ask you to repay, but that is highly unlikely. Usually only happens in cases where an engagement or person has given indication of suspicious activity and triggered a detailed review People get fired for fraud and abuse, not for typos and being busy with their actual jobs.
Seems like mistakes and should be ok. But need to be more careful going forward.

Ive switched dinner and breakfast a couple times and always received an auditor note asking me to verify. Then i just go back and change it. Nbd
Everybody gets checked. Its not always random. I have joined new and submitted expenses twice. In both cases they came back asking something. Plus some items can be flagged easily.. if you are charging 40 usd for breakfast its an automatic flag.
oh you're totally fine. you didn't expense anything personal and you stayed within all limits? there's no reason for them to even audit you then.
As long as your under thresholds you should be fine. Be more careful. You must be eating very cheap dinners to be under $15.

OP, stop freaking out. Seriously. Forgetting to expense something is the opposite of expense fraud.
I think I accidentally put like breakfast expense under dinner and dinner under breakfast a bunch of times.. didn’t look up each Uber ride for like it was work to hotel or hotel to work. Stuff like that. Didn’t use it for personal use 100% and I did buy like a heating pad once because my own card didn’t work and I only had the Amex on me while travelling. Marked or personal.
I’ve never crossed thresholds. Dinner are more like meal averages where I had $10 here or $15 there and the mess up only happened because the expenses piled up and I had to put them all in one go. Didn’t remember what was what
So ho do you get randomly audited? Does anyone know?
If you have not been audited yet you can amend your submission proactively, even if they’ve been paid
EY3 How do I amend the already paid expenses? There is no place to do that
Thank you Deloitte 2. I’m folllwing EY 3s advice and looking at all my expenses today to see where all I can amend. It is not helping my anxiety. I’m known to be a good employee and i don’t think anything is worse that getting fired for stupidity when your work isn’t bad!
