Sunscreen every day is a good start!
Interesting, I didn't know it needed to be reapplied - I usually apply once in the beginning of the day!
Hydra facials are amazing! Also get yourself on a good skin care regime. Vitamin C in the am, sunscreen and retinol/tretonion at night,
My dermatologist recommended me retinol. The only problem is that my face gets if I use it frequently.
Honey, you need a red light mask. 15-20 minutes 3-5x/week and you’ll be GLOW-ING
Omg I'm definitely going to get one of these - very intrigued!
Pregnancy. Helps with the glow.
Hahaha. Ooops. Now this is probably one of the hardest skincare routine I ever heard. Can we have other alternatives? LOL
Try microneedling with Prp. It’s not invasive at all, minimal downtime (just redness) and no risks (at least that I can think of!)
What is something, in particular, to look for micro needling? I have never done it, so I'm curious about it.
Drink lots of water. Eat lots of vegetables. Stop drinking alcohol. Stop eating sugar and processed foods. Within 6 weeks your skin will be glowing
Hydrafacials, microderm, light peels (no downtime to any of these).
Another vote for hydrafacials, I've seen massive difference since I've started doing them
I have started adding collagen drink every day. Hope that helps in a long run. I am 32 now
Me too! I take the type 3 collagen. So far so good. I like the effect,
Hydration and moisture!
Hydration is more about adding water to the skin whereas moisture refers to oil. I use a hyaluronic acid serum when my face is damp for hydration, then follow up with a moisturizer for moisture
Go back in time
LOL. Somebody invest a time machine already. Missing my youthful glow!!!
Tret + Hydroquinone worked great for me, but can’t do the hydroquinone for very long
I will look more into hydroquinone. I hope it works for me. Thanks for the recommendation!
Vitamin C serum!
I'm going to start using the Vitamin C of La Roche. I read good reviews about it.
Whats the difference between radiant and oily?
Oily is more when your face looks "greasy." It also can clog your face pores, causing breakouts, I believe. I'm not an expert, but it is what I have read.
Look for creams with barrier-boosting palmitoyl peptides and niacinamide, as well as caffeine, which could also tighten skin on both the face and the body.
Hydrate and protect your skin. Make sure you sue hydrating products that contain vitamin C. For example, use a good Vitamin C serum.
Moisturize. Make sure you moisturize your skin twice daily. You can use the same product, or you can opt to use a day moisturizer and then a night. Don't wait for your skin to go dry before you apply.
If you want to achieve radiant skin, eat antioxidant rich foods. Try incorporating grapes, berries, and nuts in your daily food intake.
Improve your blood circulation. You can do this by just doing facial massages everyday. You can even do this while spreading products on you face. Blood circulation is vital for a better skin complexion.
I was using every brightening product I could get my hands on for so long, but I still felt like my skin looked lackluster no matter what I did. Turns out, all I needed were Vutamin C serums. It made my skin looks so plump and lively.
Taking collagen pills has so many benefits not only for your skin, but also for your hair. It helps with your skin's elasticity and retaining moisture. Give it a try. There are also collagen drinks available if you're not a fan of taking pills.
