Sunscreen every day is a good start!

Interesting, I didn't know it needed to be reapplied - I usually apply once in the beginning of the day!

Hydra facials are amazing! Also get yourself on a good skin care regime. Vitamin C in the am, sunscreen and retinol/tretonion at night,

My dermatologist recommended me retinol. The only problem is that my face gets if I use it frequently.

Learn how to use a gua sha! It's my favorite part of my beauty regimen. You wouldn't even need fillers if you use it religiously. It's very lifting and get rids of the sagginess, making it look more youthful.

Some people often forget how important exfoliation is for facial rejuvenation. It geds rid of the dead skin cells to help make way for healthier skin. You can use a chemical exfoliant like a glycolic peel or a physical exfoliator like a scrub. You can get advice on which is ideal for you from your dermatologist or facialist.

Retinol is my fountain of youth! It reduces spots, retexturizes, promotes collagen, and eliminates wrinkles. Consult your dermatologist on how to include it in your routine.

Best way is to change your habits entirely. Keep you face clean throughout the day and before sleeping. Use moisturizer and sunscreen. Just start with those two things and you are golden.

Sunscreen and retinol for starters !

By drinking a lot of water. I was dehydrated for like several years and I just found out recently. That explains why my face is so dull and wrinkled.

Dermaplane facial, getting rid of all the peach fuzz on your face will leave your skin so SOFT, dewy and glowy!

I found that having a quality s skin care routine with quality products helps. Are you looking for a quick fix with high risk or something that helps over time (results in 10-14days)?

do a facial accupuncture, go for IV glutathione treatments, if you use makeup, opt for cream makeup than liquid or powder as it provides extra moisturization

Daily sunscreen and find an active that works well for you. Prescription retinoids would be my first route (adapalene, tretinoin, etc.) if you have half decent insurance, and vitamin C is also a good OTC option.

Going through a rough patch, mental-health wise. I have always been a high performer and dont back down from challenges. But this past month something feels off in my head and I have 0% motivation for anything at the moment. Brief run down: work-stress, meeting expectations, fear of failure, imposter-syndrome, negative self-image (probably from all the time I spend on IG… might need therapy. 🥲

Here is my dilemma: I was passed up for manager promo last year and rightfully so a lot of my feedback was definitely correlated to me not properly handing my symptoms causing a good bit of inconsistencies in my performance especially if I lacked interest. This year I’ve crushed it and switched up projects off of ones that I’ve long been on. The few people who “advocate” for me seem to be stuck on things that seem either 1) so unsubstantiated and show that they are too far detached from the …

So I had 3 deals scheduled to either close end of May or mid June which were all pushed to end of June/beginning of July. Which is when I have my first vacation planned for over a year (I take 0 time off). My whole family is flying up and we’re renting a cabin near me. What do I do? I’m running one of the deals, semi running the other one and not doing much leading on the other one. Note: I was supposed to not be running any of these. Do I find a back up first or tell the partners first?
