100% preventive covered
80% diagnostic covered AFTER deductible hit
80% prescription covered AFTER $200 deductible hit…

Daily sunscreen and find an active that works well for you. Prescription retinoids would be my first route (adapalene, tretinoin, etc.) if you have half decent insurance, and vitamin C is also a good OTC option.
