Sainsbury's Has anyone interviewed at Sainsbury's DTD? I have a Tech + Behavioural Competency Interview scheduled for a Cloud Engineer role and would like to know how it would be?
Any employees who are currently working in DTD?
Could you please shed some light on how the general work culture is and how's the hybrid working flexibility?
Thanks in advance!

Chat-GPT can help with practicing
Yeah… I’ve been doing that already.
Even if you did not use any analytics in your product management role, you probably were required to solve one or more problems for the product. For instance, was the product losing users, were new customers taking too long to onboard, did customers complain about more often about a specific feature or page, did the API take too long to respond to requests, was sales losing more deals than before? You don't need a data science person to help you identify the problem areas for a product. Getting the data is the easy part. The more difficult part is knowing what to do with the data, how to interpret it in a way that makes sense to management, and getting senior management to agree to your view. Data scientists cannot do any of this in my experience.
Obviously my original post wasn’t clear enough. I am specifically looking for help on interviewing for new roles and the common “product analytics” case study session I keep running into. It’s consistently where I struggle - despite practicing with ChatGPT

Metrics are very important for Leadership.
So you can start with learning Power BI or Tableau first, so that you can create dashboards. Later on you can learn to connect with DB or other source of incoming data.
