Currently I'm in a depressed and indecisive state with very low confidence. My salary is very much below par with respect to my experience.

Hi,
If I get referred at IBM, get a mail for details from the HR but do not reply as I currently don't want to switch because of some reasons, can I get referred again after say 3 months?
Asking cuz the profile blocks for an year after applying/getting referred at Accenture.

Reach out privately to someone that you look up to after a Zoom meeting. Presumably some people have made a positive impression on you during a meeting and you probably felt that “wow, I wonder what their story is” moment. That’s when you want to do it.
Ask them for some time to hear about their career journey (I’m assuming you’re fairly new) and that you’d love to pick their brain in navigating your career.
Try to make it an in person thing. Over coffee is fine. Be respectful of their time in the first meeting, and just grab 20-30 min.
I’ve never said no anyone who has ever asked me, and nobody has ever said no to me when I’ve asked.
Thx M1. Only thing I’d also add for the OP is to not latch onto the first one that seems interested. You’re looking at them for fit as well. You may go through a few meetups before finding someone that’s well aligned for your outlook on life.
LinkedIn is great too. I am currently mentoring someone I met via linkedIn. Connect with the right people. You could send direct messages to those you think may be helpful. Some of them respond, some don't. Just ensure your message includes the "why" and it's not just a "hello".
Definitely follow up with people after Zoom meetings. There are plenty of opportunities to connect if you take the time (and a little bit of bravery) to reach out.
