How do I get into supply chain consulting? I got this job out of college, but they stuck me in financial services

I have 8 years of experience, working as UI developer (Angular)
Have 3 offers from Mindtree, Cognizant and Harman Connected services (7.5% variable). Mindtree is offering less as compared to other two.
Please suggest where should I join which would have better learning and work life balance as well
