How do I phrase the new responsibilities I got after a round of layoffs on my LinkedIn profile.

I’ve been doing the job of 2 other people in addition to mine since March with no promotion in sight (thanks to HR freeze) but not sure how to list them as they are really not what you’d expect someone with my job title to be doing and I got them this year vs doing them the entire time I’ve had this job title.

Ratings on three projects - 3,2,2. Utilization - 90%... Proposal hours - 15... Firm activities - 43 hrs... I then get a YE rating of 4 😕 ... How worried I should be regarding the layoffs???

I am seeking new employment, I was recently laid off due to lack of work. I would very much appreciate any leads. I have a Bs in Construction Management and over 15 years experience with Revit and AutoCAD and 7 years of plumbing design. I have solid references and impeccable work ethic. I truly enjoy what I do. I’m an in-house designer. My company decided to offer social media marketing packages to our clients. Today they asked me to take full ownership of that outside social media marketing on top of my current job duties.

Mumbai people should be paid extra. There is no way we can live close to office and also we have to commute very long distance in local if we want a okay type house in a good society.
