Honestly, sometimes you just have to let yourself feel this way and accept that you don’t have to push yourself so hard. And if you feel like you need a break or some time off, you take it. Not taking it is likely not helping the burn out. I hope you get to rest and enjoy the long holiday weekend.
Rising Star
I’ve desperately needed some time off and hopefully this long weekend helps.
If you think that some time off will help you reset and come back feeling better about you're work the you should do it, I've taken a few days in the past for a nice mental break when I started to feel overwhelmed and not have a ton of motivation to do any work. Other than that just try to remember that it's ok if everyday at work isn't your best as long as you keep pushing forward and stay focused.

I decided to start today. Cancelled all meetings and going to take the long weekend to reset. Thanks for the advice
I try to get up and move around. Even a five-minute walk outdoors helps. Something about the change of scenery and position usually helps me power through.
Rising Star
I’m going to start taking walks during the middle of the day.
I try to take a couple short breats and go outside to get some sunshine. Something about the sun really does help me to come alive like a plant or something. I also try to have some sort of little treat to boost my spirits or atleast help me fake my way through the day lol.
I’ll have what feels like a week of this sometimes. At work I try to break things down as much as I can. Check off one little thing at a time. Helps me to not feel overwhelmed and like I am still getting things done even though I couldn’t feel less like it.
