Amaze-balls is the technical term
But not in all models
Excellent parental leave and PTO but weak 401k match. Deloitte justifies it by giving you a pension but the pay out is not great unless you stay at the firm for a long time
Well the average turnover for a consultant is what...like two years. I'm sure that goes into the vesting calculation. The 401K is definitely weak as is the pension. I get trying to use it as a retention tool but that's a shady way to operate.
I think ours are pretty standard. The regular safe harbor. Insurance pretty standard, we have one fully funded by employer plan, with just basic coverage. If you want something that is more advanced in coverage you have to pay slightly more out of pocket. Health insurance subsidies are for employee only (dependents are not covered). Unlimited PTO or we call it FTO. We also have gym reimbursement up to $80. Pretty good maternity leave, you can take up to 6 mos, the first 3 months fully paid. We also have Milkstork if you need to ship your breastmilk home while you are on the road/ traveling. We also subscribed to Doordash- Dashpass
