It's tough. We will try to do meetings where we reach a consensus in the group, but that can be quite an adventure. Meetings can go on forever, and sometimes everyone has a concern they want addressed. The advantage is that once a decision is made, people are behind it. But boy, it can be a struggle to get there.

When we include too many people, sometimes things get out of hand and we get even more off track…. Sometimes it feels hopeless
This is pretty much how it goes at my company as well OP. Sadly nobody can just be an adult and disagree but then hash it out. Everyone here seems to get petty and passive aggressie and nothing ever gets settled. Its really frustrating because I feel like we are all old enought to have adult conversations and then move on.
