My ADHD medication if you want me to be honest with you. That is the only way that I can get focused and just get my job done. Otherwise I am so unproductive that I probably woudl have been fired by now LOL.

Honestly, if you are distracted you should be in the office. Its one thing if its a one off thing. But unless it was urgent, it would be weird if someone excused themselves from a meeting for a break.
Yeah unless it's a very big meeting and your participation is minimal to none, I would do this extremely sparingly and only for good reason
I just try to keep them in check as much as possible when I have calls. I'll go in my office, use background noise canceling headphones, and mute myself when I'm not talking. The occasional bark will still get through, but as long as I'm actively participating, no one seems to care. I doubt your peers really do either.
I've had some virtual meetings disturbed by things like the doorbell or phone ringing, and it's never been a big deal. My colleagues in the meeting are all pretty much in the same boat and no one seems to care about that stuff.

My family knows not to distract me, and I go in a part of my home where my dogs aren't there.
I think we are at the stage where we need to figure out how to run a meeting without interruptions.
Find out what works for you. If your dogs are barking, mute your mic, or walk them before you go on and put them in a completely different part of the house for your meetings.
Family really should know better than to interrupt you. My family knows not to visit me at work. It;s the same thing
