How do you navigate moving offices within the same company? This one is tricky because my art director partner does not want to move. Should I ask to be a remote employee of my current office? Or ask to get a new partner in the new city and work on different accounts?

Can anyone tell me about which pharma/health companies OR agencies have great WFH/remote/flex policies? I feel like Glassdoor and Indeed don't highlight that enough when it's one of the things I care about the most.
