How do you prep for an interview? I feel like this is a weak point for me, and I don’t really have any professionals in my family to give me pointers. Do you just review your resume in advance?

Anyone have examples of CVs I could leverage for an upcoming interview? Haven’t updated my resume since I accepted my offer in 2018 and have no idea how to format.

What % utilisation is considered good?
I know it depends on firm to firm, but in general?
Also, is it wise to put in CV or say in interviews about your utilization if its good?

From interview perspective, I enjoyed lucidworks interview as the interviews taken by quality people compared to other two companies. But it is a startup.

I’ve applied for receptionist, medical biller/coordinator, and medical clerk. Even with inflation willing to work for minimum wage or less just to gain experience.

In the process of interviewing for a strategy/Corp dev position at an activewear/athleisure company and they want me to think of a couple tangential industries that may have companies for acquisition and do a write up. I’m stumped on what else an activewear company would buy besides other activewear companies. I can only think of home fitness (Lulu’s Mirror) or vitamins/supplements. Any thoughts?

When I leave Big4 hoping to get a job at the Senior level, so do I need to wait to promote to Senior for that? Or can I start applying a little earlier with the anticipation of it happening? Ideally would like to have a job lined up and quit ASAP once I hit Senior.

I'm in finance/tech FPA, looking to go back to the defense industry for a 25% increase in TC. But wanted to see if I should leverage the new salary with current company to see if they'll match.

Background: got a promotion at current company that didn't come with sufficient increase . After stating my case I was told it would be evaluated next October, which is what prompted the initial job search.
