Just apply and interview. In today's age, no one cares if you leave and take the money. I'm on my second in house role (3 years BL, just under 2 at my first in house, now about 6 months in and already shopping around)

Sounds exhausting
Who are you concerned about? If you apply for a role after only a year in your current role and you get an offer clearly that company doesn't care. And it really doesn't matter what the old company thinks. And if you want to jump ship in a year maybe they care maybe they don't. But who are you asking about? And no matter when you leave you won't be the first to leave within that timeframe (or shorter) and you won't be the last.
The length of time you spend isn't what determines comp. It's how well your experience matches the role and what the budget is for the role.

thats true, but also OP, your pay is pretty commensurate for your experience

Still pretty junior as far as in house roles go. I wouldnt expect a meaningful jump.
If you are looking to stay in house, your comp is not bad especially considering you are in entertainment. Just keep applying and the market will tell you when it’s too soon or not. I do think you got a great gig. There are a lot of people who take massive cuts to work in entertainment.
