Try getting there via EY-P or Strategy&. Otherwise an MBA or data science skills is a good pathway. It's difficult as the Big Four firms are so large that there is always competition and you need to prove that you are better than the rest! Qualifications help!!!!!!
We almost never see people come from EY Consulting unless it’s through a MBA program
Also an interesting question would be: does it pay off, if you choose to remain in consulting for a while? Also, when would be the best moment to try to jump? Director- manager - associate? (Partner ai assume would make less sense…)
I think it’s also be prepared for a title step down which some can’t handle
Went from D to MBB, very much possible
