How hard is it to transition from forensics into Internal Audit? I’ve been applying to IA positions and SOX analyst positions but no luck. Not coming from B4, just small practice. Is it a common exit? Would it help to get the CIA? Don’t have my CPA.

Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. How many matters is typical for one associate to handle (BL lit)? I know it is group-specific, but just trying to get a general idea.
