Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. Accounting advisory big4 or IA at F100. Both senior roles. Roughly same base pay.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.

Which offer should I accept? Currently staff 2 at big 4 in Tax with CPA license. I want to leave tax ASAP. Both are public companies +1B in revenue and same salary. Offer 1 - staff revenue accountant so reading contracts, speaking with the sales team and legal team, a lot of work at the end of the months to close books and reconcile transactions to make sure we are ASC 606 compliant. This track usually leads to director of revenue. Offer 2 - internal audit staff so SOX and compliance projects.

I have worked for 2 weekend recruitment drive for calling candidate and informing them about schedule and all , our manager told us that we'll get incentives for this work and it's been two month she hasn't approved incentives. I'm at home since past one and half year , I have started getting angry on small small things, arguments. My current ctc is 4 lpa with bangalore location and 2 yoe as an sap developer. I got selected in Accenture and the location offered is mumbai with a fixed component around 9 lac and including variable it's around 11 lac, but no hopes on getting full variable pay. Is it fine to join Accenture. I am free to move to any location, but is the salary matching the cost of living. Please help.
