I’ve been working as an APM at my current company for 1yr, and have basically been doing the work of a full blown PM the entire time. I am in a super good position at Jellyfish as a Director with a good room in terms of growth. Great responsibilities, work life balance and I strongly love my job. However, there is an opportunity to join Google Dublin as an Agency Development Manager (level 4) with strong salary, new challenges, different role and responsibilities etc. I HAVE A STRONG DOUBT about a trade off: is better to have a strong margin of growth and a good position or join Google with the above conditions?

My technology is Oracle apps technical with 9+ yrs of exp.
I have 3 offers please suggest which one i choose .

TCS 19.5 Lpa ( including fixed + variable+ retention bonus)
