Hi Fellow fishes, I had an hr discussion with amdocs and during salary negotiation they told we can't give more than 11 lpa, they told it's the last offer and didn't negotiate at all. My current CTC is 7 lpa and YOE: 3 years. How can I renegotiate with them. Will they not process my offer letter if I ask them to reconsider? P.S. : I really want to join amdocs. Amdocs

- Integration / Carve-outs -> often larger deals, PMO, IMO, functional, first 100 days planning, day 1 readiness, TSA management, can take months, start is often crazy after a bit slower, Deals typically leads effort, team can consist of cheaper Consulting colleagues, TSA deadlines and day-1 deadline can get crazy
- Ops/ IT DD - small to large deals, 2 - 6 weeks, high intensity from begin to end
- Value creation -> Deal value realization
I have a Technology background and I really enjoy doing Tech DDs.

Same as with B4, depends on whether you are pre-deal or post deal. Mostly post deal carve out or integration. Glorified project managers nothing more. And the largest of deala will be run by McK and BCG as they are also in the market, so expect medium sized deals.
