I have an offer of 18.5 lpa including bonus.
At the time of HR discussion, I was under the impression that this will be 18.5 fixed + bonus
I already have 19.5 fixed CTC offer from Emids and Indegene is ready to pay 23 lpa including joining Bonus.
I am keen to join JP morgan but I want to negotiate the offered CTC.
During HR discussion, HR said they'll not entertain any counter offers later on

Toxic AF... Google has interviewed me on two separate occasions, I've turned them down twice. The problem is not the job, or benefits, the problem is the sheer disdain the company seems to have for expressing conflicting view points. As an example, it sickens me to hear interviewers bring up their political views during interviews, and reference how Google only prefers followers. Perhaps this is why they fail to innovate 🤔🤔🤔? A little ACTUAL diversity and inclusion would go a long way.
Al in all It's a fake social justice playground where you can't criticize bad ideas because it hurts people's feelings.
SC1, that’s right. I think you’re approaching this well. I agree with you, and if requests go from reasonable to unreasonable (safe space vs no criticism) that also needs to be called out.
This same discussion can be had at Google, but there aren’t any examples that I know of of overreach. Do you have any?
