I am looking at masters programs and need some advice as what to get my masters in. Have an offer at EY as a SC2 for 140k base and 5k sign on in their commercial practice.
Currently a SC2 (about to be SC3 and begin promo year in January) at Deloitte in GPS making 110k base, but getting a market adjustment next week. The EY job seems "meh" as far as the actual work and currently have great WLB/easy life with good metrics and clear upward mobility. Thoughts on the offer and if I should switch?

1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)

Made a career pivot to another agency. During the interview we talked about how it may start as initially a "step backwards" (pay/benefits) but has potential for more long term growth.
