How long approximately do you have to stay as an art director before applying for / being considered for a Senior AD position? Obvi I know that the work has to speak for it too.

I’m considering a position doing RPA development and Low Code integration for for a consultancy. I’ve been primarily doing process work in my current role but I’m familiar with the technical aspects of this space. Is it too late to build skills in the RPA & Low Code areas? Is this still a space that is worth building competency in? Ultimately my goal is to get some experience doing solutioning type work, while I build more technical (programming) skills. I’d like to do product work in the end

I recently interviewed for a small strat consulting company (energy industry). I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k). Im now worried theyll lowball me because I really shouldve asked for 120+bonus (I think this is market rate?) But they have salary bands they follow right?So if they pay consultants 140 usually would they offer me 100k?

I have started the process of looking for a new job, is this bad time to change companies? I have 3 phone interviews next week (1st step for all of them) but I feel maybe it’s not the right time?

l interviewed for Deloitte (India not USI) in January, and accepted an offer letter with DOJ of 25th April, later HR asked me to join on 11th April for which I agreed. Now I haven't received the revised offer letter or any links other than BGV and Pre-Hire form from Deloitte and now the HR is not even picking my calls or responding to emails.

Any advice on what to do?

Had my annual review Friday (first year with the company). Boss awarded a 3% raise though she said my review was “90% positive.” Worth adding I got a 3% sign on bonus last year, so I’m basically at 0% raise. Nobody under me has gotten less than a 7% raise in the past year. Considering promotions + counter offers as well, it goes as high as 25%. I don’t feel a 3% raise matches a “90% positive” review and plan to bring up the cognitive dissonance I’m feeling. Any other tips or advice to add?
