I have an opportunity outside of healthcare that would pay more and challenge me in new ways that I haven’t experienced before. They do the whole "your background and expertise is exactly what we're looking for" then turn around and offer a salary range that is 20k below my current level. My resume clearly says I've got 10yrs experience and an MBA. I **don't think* I should be getting offers of 80k-100k
