Is it worth to join cerner for 45%:hike (my current package is 18 lpa and cerner offering 25 fixex and 27 as a ctc) and leave hcl ? (Hcl is trying to retain me and offering 23 lpa package and 100% promotion)
For major concern is job security and work life balance.

Also took 10 days for me. I wouldn’t be worried if you’re under 3 full weeks
At least with the undergrad recruiting I have done, the turnaround on getting out offers took a minimum of 2-3 weeks.
Took about 10 days for me
Lol 10 business days or including weekends?
Took over a week to get a verbal offer, even longer for the actual offer letter

About ten days to two weeks. This was after a "feedback was extremely positive" email from the recruiter and a subsequent ghosting for almost two weeks.
I do interviews for Deloitte. If they really like you, offer is sent same or next day.
I thought the interviews went well. But it seems odd to be out of office around the time of interviewing etc
When you say final interview, are you certain? The key is that the recruiter needs the official feedback forms from all interviewers entered into the HR system before they can start the offer process. If someone goes on PTO (which can happen at any time - not sure why it would be odd to happen around an interview), that can delay the entire process.
I unfortunately have 3 candidates right now who have been in limbo for 3 weeks because of changes in recruiters (yep, they change jobs too), so they're still waiting for either offers or next interviews. Just be patient, you'll get an update. And don't hesitate to drop a message to your recruiter and see what's up.
(If it helps, I just got my offer from another company yesterday, more than 2 months after my final interview.)
Yup I did my behavioral, technical, and PPMD. But ok that makes me feel 10x better about it. I’m guessing that is what happened since the recruiter said he was waiting to debrief from 2 of 3.
Thanks for the insight!
